resident’s profile & Emergency check list

This page is to be used only for Emergencies and only by the emergency preparedness team.

As part of the emergency preparedness data collection, residents were asked to provide additional information that could help the EmPrep Team work more efficiently when helping residents in case of emergencies. This data could include, but not limited to, how many residents in the premises, pets and their name(s), emergency contacts (who to contact if you get hurt or need care), medications, or any physical challenges that may required more than one EmPrep member to help you move, etc…. Also a list of items, that you would like to offer for the EmPrep Team to use if a disaster strikes. This list could include, but not limited to (blankets, generators, tools, vehicles, shelter, food, water, etc…). Lastly, as JFK said “Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country,” (In this case our community). We would like to encourage all residents to submit any certifications, talents, trainings or gifts (something you are good at) you could offer in case of emergencies. Maybe you have CPR training, know how to make fire, perhaps you are really good with kids or pets, or you are a nurse or can operate vehicles or machinery, etc….
